Ticketing Operations Management

• Communicate and set up all required ticket offers, pricing programs, inventory allocations and other ticketing information for show builds for all festival and club/theater events.
• Monitor and maintain event inventory and seat holds, releases, flex pricing, rescaling, and dynamic pricing for assigned shows.
• Manage presales, discount codes, comps and tracking links
• Provide regularly scheduled ticket counts for agents, management, partners
• Reconcile sales, comps after events and provide reports

Collaboration with Departments

• Collaborate with various departments, particularly marketing, to ensure effective implementation of promotions and special offers.
• Extract emails from ticket buyers for email newsletter blasts
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align ticketing strategies with overall promotional goals.
• Fulfill comp ticket giveaways for marketing, nonprofit/community support, guest lists, contests, etc
• Create, share, and monitor custom tracking links for artists, marketing publications, partners
• Manage comp donation requests for community fundraisers, track approval/denial, donations, receive tax letters for the Finance department

System Proficiency

• Demonstrate proficiency in managing ticketing operations.
• Responsible for system administration, including show setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure the integration of ticketing platforms with other relevant technologies.

Customer Support & Communications

• Focus on delivering exceptional ticketing services to concert attendees.
• Implement customer-friendly policies and procedures, address inquiries and concerns promptly, and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the ticketing process via email, website, and phone
• Manage bulk uploads, refunds
• Provide support for Vettix, Layaway, Ambassador Program, and any other ticketing related promotions

Travel

• Ability to travel to and be on-site for certain events as deemed necessary by the company to provide support in a Box Office Manager role.

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Box Office Manager and/or Ticketing representative, preferably in the entertainment industry, with one or more of the following ticketing platforms: Tixr, PreKindle, Ticketmaster, Ticketweb, Universe

Technical Proficiency

• Proficient in using various ticketing platforms for show setup, pricing strategies, reporting and overall ticketing operations.
• A deep understanding of the technical aspects of ticketing operations within the entertainment industry.
• Excellent competence in Apple products, Google Suite, Asana, Slack

Organizational Skills

• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work under pressure to meet strict and fluid deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple aspects of ticketing operations concurrently and ensure accuracy in the setup and execution of shows.

Collaboration

• Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments, especially marketing, to align ticketing strategies with promotional goals and ensure seamless execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
